My workouts have been challenging and competitive. They are really good in that they are getting me stronger and faster. It’s nice to work on specifics in getting the fine details down with speed. As well as pool workouts and conditioning the whole package is awesome. The diet is strict and is provided through a company called sunfair. It includes lots of protein fruit and salads.

I believe what it takes to be an NFL player it takes heart and passion. Along with athleticism and drive there is a certain degree of physicality and you have to be willing to put your body on the line.

Richie Incognito is the player I would most want emulate because he is mean and physical. The man plays with passion and puts in work week in and week out to help his team. I am ready to play in the NFL. Metally, I still have some things to improve on but that comes with experience. I feel like I have what it takes physically and am ready to Have an opportunity to prove I’m ready to play on Sundays.
