FOXBORO — The Patriots have executed two trades in as many days with the Seahawks, but you can think of it as one clean-and-tidy deal. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Patriots sent Seattle a seventh-round pick in exchange for defensive end Cassius Marsh on Saturday. That seventh-round pick was the pick the Patriots received from Seattle on Friday in a deal that sent corner Justin Coleman to the Seahawks. The Patriots are also sending Seattle a fifth-round pick in the deal, per Schefter.
