Patriots WR Brandin Cooks takes aim at NFL's celebration rules change

FOXBORO — When he heard about the NFL's new "relaxed" celebration rules earlier this week, Brandin Cooks went to Twitter to do what he's been known to do — celebrate. But the new Patriots wide receiver doesn't seem all that convinced that the league will be fine with his bow-and-arrow celebration after he scores touchdowns. Last season, the league began to crack down more on exuberant celebrations, including the bow-and-arrow technique, which the NFL deemed a "violent act."
