Patriots WR Brandin Cooks takes aim at NFL's celebration rules change

FOXBORO — When he heard about the NFL's new "relaxed" celebration rules earlier this week, Brandin Cooks went to Twitter to do what he's been known to do — celebrate. But the new Patriots wide receiver doesn't seem all that convinced that the league will be fine with his bow-and-arrow celebration after he scores touchdowns. Last season, the league began to crack down more on exuberant celebrations, including the bow-and-arrow technique, which the NFL deemed a "violent act." On Tuesday, the league announced it would "relax" its celebration rules, and Cooks put out a tweet with four hash-tags of #shootyourarrows in it. Asked about the change Thursday, Cooks said, "I love it." But it's still not
