The AFC East Fantasy Breakdown Week Six

Well my friends here we are week Six in the NFL Season and everyone in the AFC East save the Bills who needed it more than anyone, have their bye weeks in the rear view mirror. This Sunday is a full slate for the beasts and least of the East; the Bills welcome Cincy to Orchard Park the Dolphins head up to music city to take on the Titans, the Jets rumble into Washington for a debate with the Redskins and The Patriots make us all wait to watch our scores climb with the late game Sunday night in Indy. But I’m here to dig up points for you no matter what time anyone’s kick off is scheduled for so lets …

Break It Down.

Dolphin’s v Titians:

Ryan Tannehill QB 2: Tennessee’ D is at best middle of the pack against the run, middle of the pack against the pass, and doesn’t have the playmakers to upset Tannehill the way the Jets did back in London. After a week off to regroup and refocus I’m predicting Tannehill gets back over the 20 point mark Sunday. 22 points

Lamar Miller Flex: Miller has been one of the biggest disappointments in Fantasy this year. Your late second early third RD choice has been anything but “Miller Time” but the Titians have given up double-digit points to opposing running backs in all but one game this season. 11 points

Jarvis Landry WR2: Landry sees as many of not more targets than almost anyone in the league, I think that stat holds up against Tennessee who’s given up five scores in the last three games to opposing wide receivers. 12 points

Jordan Cameron SIT: in fact you can let him go Cameron is hauling in less than half his targets. This sentence was even a waste of time; don’t waste the spot on your roster.

Bills v Bengals

There is noting but red ink here people, I feel bad for the owners of Rex’s Bullies. Yes even the D. Sit everyone. Taylor is out and there is no way I can tell you to trust anyone on an EJ Manuel led offense with no running game.

Jets v Redskins

Ryan Fitzpatrick: I just wanted to type his name incase his mom reads me., you’re not starting this INT machine.

Chris Ivory RB1: But Murph the Redskins are a top five D against the run. Not this week, true they shut down Miami, a banged up Eagles backfield and a Gurley-less St Louis Rams team but The Giants and Falcons both had success running the ball against the Skins and I’m riding with Ivory this week. 13 points

Brandon Marshall WR 1: Marshall has three scores and 400 yards receiving through for games, the Skins don’t have the answer to stop him. 16 points.

Eric Decker WR2: While Washington is trying to double Marshal, Decker whose knee is getting better with each passing day will reap the rewards and so will you, 9 points

Dion Lewis

Patriots v Colts…

Tom Brady QB1: okay I was wrong last week in my assessment of TB12, I told you he would have an average day 32 points, He came up short with just thirty. This week with everything the Colts put him through last off-season? Look for Brady to go off 35 points. maybe fifty ? has any QB ever hung a fifty ?

Dion Lewis RB2: I can hear you thinking. (Murph your over compensating) no I’m not. Lewis is now and will be at the end of the year a top 10 back, but this week I see him held out of the end zone. Anything inside the twenty Tom Terrific will look to Edelman and Amendola anything close to the goal line Brady will look find Gronk and stick the dagger into the hearts of colt nation. 8 points with upside.

LeGarrette Blount RB2 Flex: if a Pats RB does find pay dirt Sunday night I think it will be Crunchy. I can also see him torching the Colts LB corps for some large numbers after contact 11 points

Julian Edelman WR1: Tom’s favorite target should along with you his owners reap the benefits of a pissed of Mr. Terrific. Look for Jules to again eclipse the 100 yard barrier and score at least one score.

Rob Gronkowski: enjoy folks it’s the Colts. Gronk eats Colts on toast.

Desperation Moves. If you’re desperate and need someone, anyone, to fill in for you with any kind of upside …The Bills: Sammy Watkins, Chris Hogan and Percy Harvin may land you a few. Bigger upside with the Pats: Amendola, Keyshawn Martin or Scott Chandler. The Jets: you could take a flyer on rookie Devin Smith who is seeing more time on the field these days.

That’s it folks take it to heart with a gain of salt, just as always thanks for reading..
