The Miami Dolphins Begin Interviews For GM Spot

As the search for the Miami Dolphins general manager continues into the weekend. They have added another name to the list of candidates according to Albert Breer of NFL Network, the Dolphins will interview Arizona Cardinals Vice president of  Player Personnel Jason Licht today. Another candidate will interview today as well. Omar Khan, the Director of Football and Business Administration for the Pittsburgh Steelers according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

As of right now Ray Farmer is the Dolphins leading candidate. 

According to Adam Caplan of ESPN, the Dolphins have contacted the Philadelphia Eagles with request permission to interview Vice President of Player Personnel Tom Gamble.

Before a list of candidates were revealed to the public, Gamble is said to be the main candidate the Dolphins want to fill the vacated position. That makes seven candidates for the GM position.

Some news regarding the vacated offensive coordinator position. A couple of candidates have risen to the top for the Dolphins, former Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak, former Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan and quarterback coach of the Green Bay Packers, Ben Macadoo.
