Eagles-Redskins Injury Updates

Patrick Chung- Philadelphia Eagles

Eagles backup safety Patrick Chung went down after a missed tackle on Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III. He came up spitting blood. The injury shouldn’t be too serious and the Eagles need him on the field. They are already without starting safety Earl Wolff who was ruled out earlier this week with a knee injury. He injured that knee against the Packers last week.

Leonard Hankerson- Washington Redskins

Redskins Wide Receiver Hankerson went down with what looks like a lower leg injury. Connor Barwin on the tackle looked like he rolled on top of his leg. He has yet to come back into the game.

Update- Hankerson is doubtful to return.

LeSean McCoy – Philadelphia Eagles

McCoy looking like he was heading into the endzone for his second touchdown of the day, fell to the turf clutching his hamstring. Too early to speculate the severity but his return is likely questionable at this point. Bryce Brown will be the running back for the time being. Shouldn’t be a significant drop off with the way Washington’s defense is playing today. McCoy returns to begin the second half.

Jordan Reed- Washington Redskins

Reed is being evaluated for a concussion per Adam Caplan via twitter.
