Adrian Peterson Eyeing Milestone

Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson finished Week 14 against the Chicago Bears with 154 rushing yards on a career-high 31 carries, moving the franchise record of consecutive 100-yard rushing games to seven. He has 1,101 yards in the last seven games for an average of 157.3 yards per game. Peterson leads the league with 1,600 yards and needs 400 yards in the last three games to become the seventh player in NFL history with 2,000 yards in a season. Former RB Eric Dickerson has the all-time single-season record with 2,105 yards.
