Crabtree and 49ers Far Apart In Negotiations

San Francisco 49ers and there first round pick wideout Michael Crabtree according to reports are “far apart” when it comes to negotiating a contract to get the tenth overall pick to agree to a deal. The 49ers have reportedly exhausted all of what they want to do to get Crabtree to sign but his agents want him to be paid more than Darrius Heyward Bay, the seventh overall selection. Crabtree’s camp cites that if Crabtree never got injured before the draft, he would have been drafted higher than DHB.
