Bulger Suffers Broken Right Pinkie Sidelined Two Weeks

St. Louis Rams quarterback Marc Bulger suffered a broken right pinkie finger during the team’s morning practice Monday and is expected to be sidelined for about two weeks, the team announced. “We’ll keep him immobilized with the finger for a couple weeks and see where we are after that,” Rams Coach Steve Spagnuolo said, according to the club’s Web site. “He won’t do very much for two weeks, just to be on the safe side.” Bulger was injured taking a snap from center Jason Brown. An X-ray showed what Spagnuolo called a “small fracture” in the pinkie on his throwing hand, according to the Rams’ Web site. No surgery is required.
