Tim Graham, of ESPN.com, reports the Buffalo Bills have tendered exclusive-rights free-agent RB Fred Jackson with a one-year contract worth the minimum $460,000, according to a league source. “We can verify that Fred was tendered, which we anticipated,” agent Jerry Douglas said.
