Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports the Detroit Lions have received permission to interview Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham for an unspecified coaching position on their staff. Cummingham may be interviewing for the Lions vacant defensive coordinator position.
