DA Will Not Charge Harrison

USAToday.com reports Philadelphia district attorney Lynne Abraham said Tuesday, Jan. 6, she will not charge Indianapolis Colts WR Marvin Harrison with weapons charges stemming from an April 29 shooting near a car wash he owns. Abraham said she does not have enough evidence to charge Harrison at this time.
