Jacobs Says He Could Have Returned To Game

Ralph Vacchiano, of the New York Daily News, reports New York Giants RB Brandon Jacobs (knee) says he could have returned to the team’s Week 11 game if necessary. Jacobs said, “I could’ve gone out there and played but we have two other backs in there and there was no need to do that. I just landed on it. It wasn’t anything bad but it made no sense to go back out there and run on it. I could have if I had to but we have two other guys and they went out and did their thing.” He will undergo more medical tests Monday, Nov. 17.

Barber Has Big Game In Week 11

The Associated Press reports Dallas Cowboys RB Marion Barber III had 24 carries for 114 yards with a touchdown in Week 11. He also caught six passes for 39 yards in the game.

The Associated Press reports Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo was 19-for-27 for 198 yards with a touchdown pass and two interceptions during the team’s Week 11 game.

Frank Hughes, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports Seattle Seahawks CB Marcus Trufant (concussion) suffered a concussion during the team’s Week 11 game.

Campbell Throws For 162 Yards In Week 11

The Associated Press reports Washington Redskins QB Jason Campbell was 22-for-34 for 162 yards with a touchdown and an interception in Week 11.
