Kurt Warner is expected to be named the team’s starter, according to a report by ESPN.com Leinart has struggled this preseason and further hurt his cause to hold down the No. 1 spot by throwing three interceptions Saturday against the Raiders. He finished the game with a passer rating of 2.8.  Warner, 37, started 11 games for the Cardinals last season, stepping in after Leinart suffered a season-ending collarbone injury. Warner threw for 3,417 yards and 27 touchdowns last season. Leinart was the tenth overall pick in the 2006 draft.

ESPN never told Coach Whisenhunt about their plans! He refuted this solid and said he is open to all options. 1 bad half does not make a decision a body of work does! Kurt has pulled even in the competition but Matt Leinart is not out of it. Whisenhunt also said that he is keeping all options open including playing both QB’s again this year!
I would love to see a combination again and Kurt finish his career with a superbowl as Matt starts his with a Super Bowl win in the same year!
08,09, 10 any year would be fine by me!
