Adam Caplan, of Scout.com, reports the Carolina Panthers claimed free-agent OG and past Pro Football Central Radio Show guest Charles Spencer (Texans) Wednesday, July 23. Spencer failed a physical with the Houston Texans Tuesday, July 22, but it is believed he will be able to participate in training camp with the Panthers.
