DA Says Lynch Was In Car

The Erie County DA says Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch was in the car at the time of the allged hit and run and sources say a witness has told police he was the driver. He says Lynch isn’t cooperating fully but the lawyer for the player says communication lines are open.
