The Buffalo Bills are close to locking in number 1 wideout Lee Evans to a long term deal, sources tell Pro Football Central. Buffalo’s leading receiver the past two years, is in the final year of a five-year deal he signed after Buffalo selected him with the 13th overall pick in the 2004 draft. Evans, who had minor surgery on his shoulder this off-season, will likely command a salary comparable to that of Arizona receiver Larry Fitzgerald.
