May 2nd, 2008 · No Comments

The Cleveland Browns and general manager Phil Savage agreed to a three-year contract extension that will keep Savage with the team through 2012, the team announced Friday. Savage helped spearhead the Browns to a 10-6 record last season, the highest win total since the team returned to the NFL in 1999. In three years he drafted Pro Bowlers such as left tackle Joe Thomas and wide receiver Braylon Edwards.
