Clarence E. Hill Jr., of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, reports the Dallas Cowboys agreed to a four-year contract with CB Pacman Jones. The deal does not include a signing bonus, according to a source. The deal will include yearly bonuses tied to Jones’ presence on the team’s roster. He will receive an advance on his base salary if and when he gets reinstated. Jones must still approve the terms of the deal that could also include activity restrictions.
