Matt Maiocco, of The Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers C David Baas (pectoral) is scheduled to undergo surgery to repair a torn pectoral muscle. The surgery could be done as early as Friday, April 25. Baas is expected to miss part of the team’s training camp but is scheduled to be ready for the start of the regular season, according to team spokesman Aaron Salkin.
