Jim Thomas, of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reports St. Louis Rams CB Fakhir Brown, who was facing a possible suspension for failing to meet the NFL’s substance abuse policy, won his appeal for a failed drug test Monday, April 21, and will not be suspended.
