Chris Brown, of BuffaloBills.com, reports NFL commissioner Roger Goodell suspended unrestricted free-agent LB Mario Haggan (Bills) for the first four games of the 2008 NFL season Tuesday, April 8. Haggan is eligible to sign and participate in all offseason and preseason activities, including games. His suspension will take effect after the final roster reduction.
