Urlacher Skips Conditioning Program

Brian Urlacher will not report to the Bears’ offseason conditioning program. Urlacher will instead train in Arizona and indicated that he may skip the entire program, including OTAs. The Bears and Urlacher have been discussing a new contract for the last six weeks, but it appears an accord is not imminent. Urlacher, coming off neck surgery, says he has been medically cleared.
