Pros: Balmer has very good size and is extremely strong. He is a beast when it comes to rushing the passer. He has pretty good speed and quickness. Balmer still has some upside to him.

Cons: Balmer lacked consistancy throughout his college career. He still needs to improve his tackling. Further development on his lower-body strength is a must if he wants to become a Pro-Bowl caliber player.
