Carolina Panthers QB Jake Delhomme (Tommy John surgery) will throw a real football Monday for the first time since his injury in Week 3 of 2007. Delhomme played catch with a nerf football up until this point. He is six months into his seven- to nine-month recovery timetable. The Panthers continue to call Delhomme’s surgery a success and expect him to be 100% by the summer.
