The Super Bowl XLII champion and his blond bride-to-be were spotted at the Manhattan Municipal Building apparently picking up a marriage license Tuesday. The Office of the City Clerk declined to comment, but several sources reported seeing the couple leaving the office where lovebirds fill out the necessary paperwork.
