Here are the Pros and Cons of offensive tackle Ryan Clady

Pros:

Clady has very good initial quickness and has great size and long arms. He is a fantastic pass blocker and has tremendous balance. He works hard and can fit in either blocking scheme. Like Long, Clady plays with a real mean streak. Clady has very nice upside as well. A real team leader.
 
Cons:

Clady isn’t a punishing run blocker. He needs to work on his technique a bit. He tends to get pushed back from time to time and sometimes can play too high.
