Sources have informed us that the Rams organization have made it very clear that second year head coach Scott Linehan will need to make the playoffs this year or they will pull the plug on his tenure with the team. Linehan, who was hired in 2006 has produced a 11-21 record with the team and are coming off there worst record in franchise history.
