The St. Louis Rams on Tuesday agreed to terms with defensive end James Hall on a two-year contract. Financial terms were not disclosed. The 31-year-old Hall appeared in 15 games for the Rams last season, collecting 59 tackles and 2 1/2 sacks. He spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Detroit Lions after signing as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan.
