Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports the Oakland Raiders and Atlanta Falcons CB DeAngelo Hall agreed to terms on a seven-year deal worth $70 million, including $24.5 million guaranteed. The Falcons will receive a 2008 second-round pick and a 2009 fifth-round pick, which gives the Falcons four of the top 48 selections in the 2008 NFL Draft.
