The Titans have agreed to terms with receiver Justin McCareins, according to the player’s agent. McCareins, a 2001 draft pick by the Titans who played the past four seasons with the Jets, visited Baptist Sports Park last week, the same day the team signed defensive end Jevon Kearse. “He’s happy to be a Titan again,” agent Cliff Brady said  McCareins’ deal is for one year, and it includes a base salary of $730,000. The total package is believed to be worth around $1 million. McCareins had his best NFL success with the Titans from 2001-03 before being traded to New York.
