Raiders Sign WR Drew Carter

The Oakland Raiders added some depth to their receiving corps on Wednesday after agreeing to terms with former Carolina Panthers wideout Drew Carter. A fourth-round pick in 2004, Carter set career highs with 38 catches for 517 yards and four touchdowns last season. Carter, who missed his rookie season with a knee injury, has 71 catches for 977 yards and eight touchdowns in 33 games - all with Carolina.
